The location is very nice, even though a bit outside Siena, but you really have to pay attention in the night, as on the way back to Casa Lucia from Siena we have been facing animals crossing the road for 3 times in one week(even a wild boar). The room was very clean. Anyway Siena is the perfect location to start daily trips to many places in Tuscany.
I share the same opinion on the breakfast as many other people here wrote. With a bit more of "italian touch" breakfast in Casa Lucia would become much more attractive.
